Commercial Center - Ajman - UAE
The project stands at the front line of the main Cheikh Zayed road in the emirate of Ajman in the UAE. Its unique location, was behind the concept design. The 2000 sqm center is divided into 3 blocks stitched together in a very fluid way to allow maximum road transparency and pedestrian circulation.

Parallel Stacking Parking - Beitut - Lb
The need behind this project emerged from the lack of parking areas inside “Hamra street”, which happens to be one of the busiest streets in Beirut. Shaped inside a 500 sqm plot, the 4 basements project hosts 200 cars that will be parked using a motorized vertical stacking system. As for the street level, only greenery will prevail.
