The 2 blocks of 1200 sqm each, are located in a very fancy area in mount Lebanon. The design was minimal, and great attention was given to wide horizontal openings. Both blocks have an interrupted view over the coast of Beirut city.

The 2 blocks of 1350 sqm each, are located in a very quiet area in mount Lebanon. Both blocks have an uninterrupted view over Beirut city and the west coast. The design adopted a linear shape in accordance with the plot’s slope and orientation.

The project is divided into 2 lanes of 3 studios each. The slope allowed the lanes to be one in front of the other with no interruption to the views whish happen to be exceptional. The project is completed with a common swimming pool and a small restaurant.
